Quality and performance

MWM offers an innovative biogas treatment and monitoring system specially developed for rural properties. This system is part of a complete solution aimed at decarbonizing the production process by taking advantage of the organic waste generated on the farm.

The process begins with the collection of organic waste, which is directed to biodigesters, where the organic matter is decomposed, generating high-quality biogas. This biogas is then treated and monitored by an advanced MWM system, guaranteeing its purity and efficiency before being used to power a generator set.

The generator set, developed specifically for this project, is capable of producing continuous and reliable electricity, meeting the energy needs of rural properties in a sustainable and efficient way.

EXECUTION

• Analysis of H2S, O2, CH4 and CO2
• H2S treatment and O2 quantity control inside the biodigester
