MWM, a legal entity registered with CNPJ no. 02.162.259/0001-64, with headquarters at Av. das Nações Unidas, 22.002, Jurubatuba, São Paulo, SP, Brazil, CEP 04795-915 (“MWM”), presents this Privacy Policy for the website https://mwm-homolog.com (“SITE”), in order to clarify the rights, obligations and responsibilities of users with regard to the processing of personal data.

MWM is committed to protecting personal data. This Privacy Policy informs how MWM processes personal data, the legal bases used and its purposes. It also clarifies the rights of data subjects provided for in the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – “LGPD”).

General navigation on the SITE does not require user identification. However, to use certain services, such as “Contact Us” and “Work With Us”, it will be necessary to provide personal data.

    When sending your resume to the email address trabalheconosco@mwm-homolog.com, the data provided (curriculum information, contact details, etc.) will be used for selection processes and possible contacts by the Human Resources department, if there is a match for available opportunities.

MWM acts as the controller of the personal data collected through the SITE, being responsible for the respective processing.

    VIII. Information about the possibility of not providing consent, and the consequences of that choice.
